Privacy

What is collected

• Your email address, when you ask for the guide, and the page you asked from.
• What you write to me, if you email, call or text.
• Anonymous visit counts: which pages are read, from which country and on what kind of device. This uses Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers.

What it is used for

• Sending the guide, three short follow-up emails over two weeks, and one email a month when builder incentives change.
• Replying to you.
• Seeing which pages are useful so they can be improved.

Your address is never sold, rented or passed to a builder, lender or advertiser. If you become a client, the normal transaction records go to my sponsoring broker, Relive Realty, as Texas law requires.

Who stores it

• MailerLite stores the email list and sends the emails. Its own privacy terms apply to that storage.
• Vercel hosts the site and the anonymous analytics.
• Google Workspace holds my email at Relive Realty.
• Cal.com handles the booking if you schedule a video call, and New Home Buddy runs the browse-homes page; each asks for your details only if you choose to send them.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works in one click. To have your address deleted entirely, email awilton@reliverealty.com and it is gone within a few days.
